View RTC and MR (Current Year/Old Year)
- To check RTC and MR for the current and old years, visit landrecords.karnataka.gov.in portal. Then choose View RTC and MR from RTC Services.
- Choose Current Year OR Old Year After that, select District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, and Survey Number, then click on GO.
- Select Surnoc, Hissa No. and Period, then click on Fetch Details.
- Owner and other details will appear here; click on the View button.
- As a result, your RTC details will appear. and you will get complete land information.
Mutation Extract
- To check the mutation extract, visit the Mutation Extract webpage. After that, select District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, and Survey No., then click on Fetch Details.
- Select your mutation from the Mutation Details, then click on Preview.
- As a result, your mutation extract will appear. You will get all the details related to mutation.
Mutation Status
- To check the mutation status, visit the Mutation Status webpage. After that, select District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, Survey No., Surnoc No., Elevator No., and then click Fetch Details.
- As a result, mutation status will appear. If no mutation is pending, it will show No Mutation Pending.
